Product data: virtual trades, screenshots, notes, strategy checklists, driver/lead chart selections, indicator states, imported CSV journals.
Technical data: anonymized telemetry about feature usage (e.g., which replay controls were clicked), logs for payment integrations, and HTTP metadata required for security and fraud prevention.
2. Purposes & legal basis
We process account data to authenticate users, deliver subscription entitlements, and send transactional messages (lawful basis: contract performance).
We store product data (trading journal records, driver charts, screenshots) to render replay sessions, analytics dashboards, and historical exports (lawful basis: contract performance).
We process telemetry, IP metadata, and billing logs to keep the service secure, debug incidents, and comply with financial regulations (lawful basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation).
